Today write.click.scrapbook. is celebrating it's third birthday! As part of our birthday festivities we are hosting a blog hop. As with the beginning of every new month, we are also revealing our June gallery. This month the members of the team have joined up in pairs and have made a page or project inspired by a fellow teammate. My perfect pair was Lisa Ottosson. Which leads me to this, there are so many reasons to love write.click.scrapbook. I've been honored and humbled to be a part of this group for two years now. Since I get to see and experience what goes on behind the scenes, I can tell you that we all work very hard to bring you the inspiration and ideas that you see on the blog each day. We all have different talents and different strengths, but what I love most is that we all truly love what we do and we love sharing it with you!
With that, I also want to give a big thank you to Marnie who works tirelessly to keep us going. She takes care of the site, gets us organized, and insures that we have a place to gather and share this hobby with you. She is most definitely the glue that keeps us together and without her write.click.scrapbook. would not be possible.

ReplyDeleteI love scrapbooking because the memories stored on my pages are absolutely precious! My three kids love looking through their albums. The best part is that when they ask me something about when they were babies, I can not only tell them, but SHOW them! Priceless.

I love scrapbooking because it allows me to relax and be alone with his thoughts, give me the opportunity to escape from everyday Affairs. And still I like taking pictures of their children and draw pictures in the scrap-albums.

ReplyDeleteScrapbooking is many things to me - it is one of my fav ways to de-stress after a crazy work week, it is a way to play with color, paper and glue, it is a way to reflect on old memories and think of new ones I'd like to make, and lastly, it is a way to preserve my thoughts and memories, so that I can always see how very lucky I've been.
I love to preserve the stories of our life for my children. Thanks!

DeleteI love your "letter"! I love scrapbooking because as a stay home mom of 3 it lets my creative side come out and I get to tell all the stories of our family and now with the kids all getting older (20, 17, 11) remembering the stories of when they were little is so important to me!
